Stan O'Neill 1936
Deepest sympathy of the community was felt for the O"Neill family when word was received of Mr. O'Neill's death. The unfortunate man, who worked on the railway at Mt. Victoria, was run over by a train. Mr O'Neill was formerly a ganger at Eumungerie where he worked for two years before being transferred to Mount Victoria and starting the new position on 10th June 1935.
